Been taking it 5G PWO and off days for some time now and have gotten good results.

Stick with what I have been doing or as some say take 3g Pre, 5g PWO and off days?

Some even say both are a waste and to take no less then 25g Pre day but I don't buy into this or should I?

I personally don't buy into the loading phase crap and all that I take no more then 10gm a day and have great results sometimes I take just 5 gms depends on the product.

If you have a diet that includes beef then supplementing Creatine is a waste of money because you get plenty from the meat. I have never used Creatine and the research indicates that it is only beneficial in individuals who don't get it in their diet.

Very valid point I don't take many supplements because my diet gives me the right nutrients. Thats stuff is peoples quick fix to get stronger but they should be asking what should I do with my diet first before buying supplements.
