Wednesday 11/4
As many rounds as possible in 20min

Completed 10
I am easliy strong enough to do a muscle up. I just need to work on my form to get it. FWIW I think they are pointless.

Thursday 11/5
Practice. It looks like I may be changing positions. With my endurance and experience I am better fitted with the forwards as a flanker. It's like a safety in football. My job is to tackle and be a pain in the butt for the other team.

Friday 11/6
Gameday. Daytona vs UNF. Night games are always fun. I was pretty pumped to play and had a pretty good game. I was able to wreak havoc on their offense, it was a good time. I was awarded with man of the match. We won 13-5.

Saturday 11/14
Gameday. Daytona @ Orlando. This is the begining of our league season, meaning every game from here until March will have an affect on the playoffs.
I started at open side flanker and loved it. The other flanker and myself are not big guys, but our fitness is putting us over big time. We were at every tackle and hitting as hard in the 80th minute as we were at kick off. Our backs made a few good breaks and our defense was solid.
Daytona 23 Orlando 0
